Shipping Information

Each package is shipped in a reusable Styrofoam cooler with dry ice to keep the inside of the box at -109 degrees so please use gloves when removing dry ice.

We ship your ice cream via FedEx to arrive on Tuesday through Saturday (does not include FedEx holidays). Ice cream cannot be in transit over the weekend.

No Signature Required – We authorize FedEx to leave your package at the destination. Please make sure arrangements are made if package is delivered to anyone with secured entry or gates. We are not responsible if FedEx decides it’s not safe to leave your package at the location. Please contact your local FedEx office to arrange pick up.

Pership – We ship using Pership, a 3rd party to FedEx to allow better tracking and communication to our customers, should there be a delay in delivery. There is no extra cost to you for this service.

We guarantee your package will arrive frozen!

We ship ice cream to keep contents frozen well into the evening of the delivery date.

Weather delays – Sometimes weather can cause delay with FedEx. In most cases, packages are only delayed for one day so the contents will remain frozen when delivered. Johnson’s cannot refund shipping charges when a delay is caused due to weather. If your package is melted, we will re-ship it, free of charge.

Please confirm that the recipient knows the package is being sent to them and that it is a perishable item.
